A Glamorous Celebration With Russian New Year Food

 Russian New Year is a big festival . It's a mixture of Christmas, Halloween and New Year's .

 Aside from having a lot of foods, dress up in costumes, presents are exchanged, a New Year's tree is decorated, Grandfather Frost (Santa) does his rounds, and people indulge over barrels of liquor.

 Lavish Russian New year Food is joined together with the grand celebration.  Russian New Year Food is commemorated first with a bunch of appetizers and snacks, chased down by Vodka .

 Pineapple s considered to be significant to be part of the Russian New year Food that's why falling in line is not a trouble for Russians to get one.  Baguettes are sliced into round and some Red Caviar Canapes too. Baguette would typically have little softened butter topped with a teaspoon of caviar .

 Russians also have their potato beef salad, their classic winter salad in time for the Russian New Year Food.  Just like you're making a stock, a piece of beef chuck is boiled. When the meat is cold, cut it into cubes and mixed it with cooked, cubed potatoes, cucumbers, pickles, green peas, parsley and a mayo-based dressing .

 Russian New Year Food also have Eggs stuffed with sauteed mushrooms and onions . Russians likes nothing more than an excuse to celebrate and when they do, it usually includes a wonderful array of food .

Russian New Year Food will not be whole without the presence of elaborate cakes (torts) and champagne .  Home-made sparkling wine aside from preserved mushroom and champagne balance off the Russian New Year .  A resemblance of cheese-cake filling in the form of tvorok-and-raison pie is a Russian Delicacy at hand .

 Russian New Year food also have salads .  There are two types of Russian Salads and they are pickled vegetables or mayonnaise -based inventions similar to chicken or egg salad .

 The celebration is welcomes by the Russians with a healthy, happy, bounty feast . The Russians do really know how to celebrate the Holidays .  As what other express: "Only Russians know how to greet the New Year .
